We have received your concerns and communications from some of our participants, and we also were notified by the announcement of the government regarding the social distancing policy due to the outbreak of COVID-19. These concerns, together with the unpredictable COVID-19 situation, make running the PST 2020 conference at the Ambassador Hotel, Bangkok on May 19-20, 2020, untenable.

We are planning to arrange PST 2020 Web conference to ensure we can still share the researches with all the participants. The PST 2020 Web conference will be held on May 19-20, 2020, and the conference will be delivered via the Cisco WebEx Meeting application. The conference program and the WebEx Meeting guideline are attached to participants email. The PST2020 WebEx Meeting Invitation will be sent to you before the conference date to attend the meeting.

All registered oral presenters can choose to present their research through an on-line meeting, or video presentation. Also, the poster presenter should provide the poster in pdf format for the presentation. Please kindly see the presentation guideline attached. For the publication, If your paper has been accepted by KEM for publication (also, the proceeding accepted by the conference), please be reassured that it will enter the publishing process as scheduled, and will not be affected by the conference change. If you have already booked the flights and accommodation, please try to make a cancellation as soon as possible. Just in case it is non-refundable or you are not willing to change your schedule, we will try to arrange a small meeting of PST 2020 at the College of Pharmacy, RANGSIT UNIVERSITY. If you would like to attend the meeting, please inform the conference secretary before April 30, 2020. Once confirmed, it cannot be canceled. For the safety of your health, we strongly advise you not to travel to Bangkok during this period. Also, the registration fee has been changed. For those who had registered earlier, if you decide to attend online, we will refund the difference. For those who decide otherwise, we will provide other cancellation policies shortly.

Your safety is our foremost priority and we are working very hard behind the scenes in making this conference a safe and successful one.
